What is cargo consolidation?
Customers can ship multiple small parcels from different suppliers to Australia in one shipment. For example, shop a few items online from different sellers, all the items can be sent to our Shenzhen warehouse, simply provide us all the parcel tracking numbers, we will pack all your purchases togather and then ship to Australia. Customer will only need to pay the cost of one shipment.

How to calculate my sea freight cost?
The sea freight rate fluctuates from time to time, please contact us to enquire current rate. It is calculated based on cubic meter and weight (custom clearance cost incl.) . For example, the ocean freight rate today is AU$230/cubic meter (under 500kg), then
A sofa with packaging is 2m x 0.7m x 1m = 1.4m³ (30kg), price = $230 x 1.4 = $322
10 packs of building materials is 600kg, 1m x 0.8m x 1m = 0.8m³, price is $230 x (600 ÷ 500) = $276

How to make a booking?
You can send us email or call us to contact our sales team to book a space. Let us know your tracking numbers, we will combine your parcels according to these numbers. Cost will be calculated after all your parcels received by the warehouse. When the cargo arrives the destination port, we will send you the payment instruction. Once the payment is clear, you can pick up your parcels or we can send them to your door steps by courier.

About the time frame of sea freight
Containers are stuffed every Thursday in Shenzhen. Normally the shipping time is 21-40 days.

Any extra charges besides shipping fee?
Yes it is possible. For example, fumigation treatment is required by the custom when shipping wood products. Fumigation charge should be paid by the customer.

Can I pick up my goods?
Yes. When the cargo arrives our warehouse in Australia, we will notify the receiver by email. Once the payment of shipping fee, tax and duty, and delivery cost (if available) is clear, your items can be collected by yourself, or we send them to you by couriers.

What if I choose delivery service?
When you receive the notice of collection, please let us know if you need delivery service. We will confirm with you the delivery address and time, parcels will be sent after delivery fee is paid.

What goods are prohibited to ship?
Sea freight is a good way to ship large and bulky goods for low cost, such as furniture, building materials, appliances, and more. The Australian Government prohibits the import and export of certain goods to Australia unless permission is applied before the shipment. Check the list of prohibited items from the Australian Border Force website before you order goods from overseas.

Tax and duty
Please be noted that it is possible you are required to pay tax and duty for your goods by the Australian Custom, check the Australian Border Force website for details about GST, custom duty and other taxes, more importantly, the list of prohibited items.
